• Statisfying WBE/MBE contracts: I've been in business for myself for 15 years estimating building and landscape designs. From building materials to sub-contractors, if you need it, no matter what it is, I can find it or have it made to your specifications. I have gained many viable contacts over the years and have obtained many long term relationships with my clients due to my honest work ethics and loyalty to them. 

• Landscape Design and Installation: He has been in business for over 35 years, has 3 garden centers and carries an astronomical amount of trees, shrubs and flowers that are indigenous to the northern eastern part of the United States. He is capable of any landscaping/hardscaping that maybe required. He builds pondless waterfalls that are child friendly with a Zen like appeal.  

• Concrete: He has been in business for 15 years doing patterned, glazed, stained, colored and standard concrete forms. He has a large, capable crew. His work can be viewed at a few of the major resorts in the valley. Patterned concrete gives a lustrous, finished look that compliments any residential or commercial space. 

• Masonry: With 25 + years of experience, his stone structures are the most unforgettable works of art I’ve ever seen. His work compliments the surrounding natural beauty and creates a calming atmosphere. His stone work is a lost art and he specializes in stone structures, flagstone, dry stack, brick and retaining walls.

• Painting and Wall Papering: He has been doing business in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey areas for 10 + years and has a large crew of decretive painters and wall paper hangers. He is capable of industral, institutional, residential, and commercial techniques.

• Electrical: He has been in business for nearly 20 years and he specializes in lighting fixtures, wall fixtures, outlets, exterior lighting, safety lighting and accent lighting. He has performed many different phases of electricity including commercial, residentail, and industrial.

• General Contracting and Detailed Trim, Tiles, Doors and Hardware: He has been in business since 1997 and is an unbelievable carpenter that can rival any craftsman designing fine, detailed trim for doors, windows and decretive areas. His areas of expertise are limited by your imagination.

• Aesthetics: She has been in business for herself for 7 years but has 36 years of combined experience designing large, beautiful, eye catching flower arrangements and has impeccable taste making any size room feel comfortable and expensive without going over budget. She provides fresh or silk arrangements, goodie baskets, full service holiday decorating, opening day decorating, weddings and finishing touches to create unique spaces. Her work has been showcased in the Bethlehem Historical Society. She has won many awards for her holiday decorating and has been featured in the local news papers every year since her opening day for her many donations to the community and her appeasing style.

• Vehicles: If you need service vehicles, limos, economy cars or trucks, I also work with a representative of a local dealership. He can have a full fleet at your service anytime.

• Hauling: Hauls large amounts of stone, top soil, and mulch. He can have 40 large dump trucks at your disposal within a few hours, depending on your location from the Pennsylvania-New Jersey border. He has been in business since 1975 and works with all the surrounding municipalities, towing and hauling as a sub-contractor.

• Machinist: His work is precise and defined as a work of art among his peers. He works with plastics and a variety of metals and hardening processes. I find him unquestionably knowledgable of this field. He owns a large, accomplished company in the Pennsylvania area. He is proficient in his designs and is competent of large orders for commercial, industrial and military contracts. This company has an emergency breakdown service for specialized parts.

• Project Development and Architectural Design: This Company has held many positions in the real estate and the project development arenas. With their diverse backgrounds in Architectural design, construction management, contract negotiations, project development and real estate investing, this company is a single source for all your design, build and management needs. They offer planning and the coordinating of pre-development requirements such as zoning, permits, market review and analysis. Their performance in this industry has out shined many as they strive to reach your project completion goals.
